BLW Baked bean & spinach fritters

Yum! Do you have a recipe please?

@Hayley I literally just made it up on the spot😂 Half a tin of beans mashed with a fork, 2 eggs, Loads of chopped spinach (as it was going off😂) Loads of finally grated cheese & enough self raising flour to bind it together. Then just fried until fully cooked all the way through x

Love that! I made sweetcorn fritters last night & I ended up eating the spares we were going to freeze 🫣😂

@Emily haha also; luckily the left overs did end up in the freezer😂 can’t say much about the banana oat bars I made this afternoon though🤦🏼‍♀️
