Still painful at 7 months 😔
I’m scared about this! It was sorta painful but more so just felt 0% good. Husband is deployed until December and I’m really nervous for when he gets back!! 😳😳
I highly recommend at least considering a pelvic floor therapist evaluation because mine worked wonders. Yes it was an expense but it was life changing in a lot of ways if you think about all the ways our bodies change after giving birth…
