Velcro toddler

My husband doesn’t help me with my almost 2 year old. He works a lot but when he isn’t he is just doing things for himself (playing video games, working out, being on the phone) not ever has he said “hey take some time for yourself I’ll watch him” or something along those lines. He doesn’t give our toddler his undivided attention. I take care of my toddler alone all the time that when I make his dad watch him he is miserable screaming and wanting me. It makes me feel horrible.
