Harvesting colostrum

You should just use your hand, it’s really thick and sticky so a pump probably wouldn’t be useful anyway x

Colostrum won’t travel through the pump well as it’s tiny amounts (often less than 1 ml). Stick with hand expressing for now. The pump will come in handy 3 or so days after birth when your milk comes in x
