Cold
Hey, My LO is 7 months old next week, he’s just started nursery as i go back to work next week and is suffering with a really bad cold😞He had a blocked nose & now it’s really runny i’m having to wipe it around every minute or so, he’s struggling to sleep at the moment has anyone got any tips or anything that could help us🤞🏼would be much appreciated thankyou xx

Try saline spray and a nasal aspirator to clear his nose. Calpol plug in at night. Calpol if he's got a temp. Milk feeds smaller but more often if he's struggling to feed properly. We're just coming out of the otherside of a week long cold (baby also 7 months) so I know your pain. Just need to ride it out unfortunately.
