Sorry if it's TMI, but I've found that getting myself on days between sex w my husband, and also taking a few mins of alone time before we start has helped a lot!
@Arianne I’ve tried. It’s really penetrations that hurts and then my stomach is so tight and hurts after.
@Sydney I'm so sorry ;/ I had that at the beginning of second trimester but it's better now (30 weeks). Maybe you need to start perineal massage early if your pelvic floor is that tight? I'd ask your OB/pelvic floor PT
Totally normal to not want certain areas touched & not desire penetration. We focus big on foreplay, because I still desire to be touched & kissed & lightly played with down there. No penetration & I still get off. I offer up bj’s & handys.
Same lol I still be giving it sometimes though because that 6 weeks post partum is going to be rough for him…..and me 😏
@Arianne I’ve had pelvic floor pt before. My husband was trying that too. It def helped but it just hurts man. I’m hoping it gets better

That’s completely normal. My first pregnancy I had no desire to be touched and this pregnancy I have a higher sex drive but as baby is shifting down at 30 weeks now we will probably be stopping soon because of pain.
Oh, honey! The boobs and the drive is completely normal. Boobs are off limits and my husband knows it 😂 they have been in all my pregnancies. But check out what the painful sex is about! Sometimes high estrogen can do this from what I’ve heard, sometimes an infection!
First pregnancy I had a HIGH drive. Second much lower than my normal. It all depends on the unique pregnancy!

It's always a good idea to check if you're dealing with any UTI or infection down there. It's pretty common to have during pregnancy, and depending on your PH, it can dry everything out, making sex super uncomfortable. Personally, I like to use internal lubes to keep things hydrated before sex.

Same! Everything seems to be so tight not matter how hard I try to relax. Not sure what to do anymore tbh bc I don’t even have the desire to try. Ugh.
32 weeks ... just this past week I was able to have sex without pain still super sore after though
I’m 26 weeks and still enjoy sex but my boobs be hurting and I be telling my boyfriend . The be too ruff he like I barely touch it. Im like they still hurt my dad nipples be killing me off and on.
Just skip penetration until you feel comfortable! Nothing wrong with doing other things, your body is going through so much don’t put pressure on yourself. I’m 28 weeks, we’re almost there!! 🩷
I’m 29 weeks and I’m not sure it’s because I’m A trainer and I workout but I love having intimacy and my hubby is soft when he grabs my boobs he gently with me . And I always do dog position or side position
