Face rashes

When I feed my little one, it’s so hard to determine if she has a teething rash, allergy rash or just food irritation when her food gets everywhere. I just fed her weetabix and milk and she has little red marks on her chin. She dribbles while eating and she also spits out her food so don’t know if this is allergy or just food irritation.
