Help I’ve take night nurse!
I’ve got a cold at the moment so I can’t go and see my bubba in NICU. So I thought I need a good nights sleep and took night nurse. Then it dawned on me that I didn’t check to see if I could when expressing. Which is says not to. I’m stressing what do I do now? Do I just throw away my milk for tomorrow? How long until my milk is okay for baby for consume again. Thank you
So I’m not 100% sure what night nurse is but if it’s like cold medicine in the states they tell you not to take it while breastfeeding because it can dry your supply up not cause it’s harmful to the baby. Pretty much anything that can clear mucus will also stop breastmilk. Idk if there’s an ingredient in it that should be avoided for other reasons.
