Tip on potty training please! 🙏🏻

My daughter just turned 3 and is level 2 for support needs due to low threshold hypersensitivity to sounds and visuals. She is physically very sensory seeking but requires a lot of control to maintain regulation. She is showing signs of being ready to potty train like hiding and squaring to poop or crossing legs when she needs to pee and has even started taking off her diaper when too soiled and telling us she has gone in the potty (she doesn’t yet get the full concept and mistakes soiling the diaper for the potty). She was able to sit on the toilet for at least a few minutes and by luck has even gone in the potty a few times. We just started the panty method to get her used to the feeling of being wet and identifying the feeling of needing to go, but since she refuses to sit on the potty when she does need to go and walks away from me to pee on the floor. This has lead to meltdowns. What can I do to help her feel safe on the toilet without just handing her a tablet?

There is something on Amazon where there is steps and a seat for the toilet and I’ve heard really good things about it on Autism support groups
