Hey All!! I see all the pelvic exercises that mums start doing in the third trimester to ease the delivery process.
I am wondering if i can do any exercises with a low lying placenta and a clot near placenta.
Anybody with similar situation?

My OB said if I didn’t have bleeding it’s ok to continue light exercise (I was doing Pilates and yoga). Then went to MFM in third trimester and he said pelvic rest so I stopped all but walking. He said you don’t even want the bleeding to start. I have low lying placenta.
