So anxious :(

Hi everyone. Next Tuesday is my 12 week scan appointment and I am so anxious. No discharge since a week. I had loose poop in the last 2 days . Reading sad stories just make me cry. Please what can help me to feel better that everything is good?

1) relax, take deep breaths
2) Everything will be alright!

You have to trust your body and your baby. Reality is we women were made to do this. And we have been doing it for thousands of years everywhere in all conditions ❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼 You just have to have a faith. Each one of us gets nervous and worried, that's what being a mother means, but we have 2 options. We will embrace this pregnancy and wonderful joyous moment of our life or we will spend it worried and stressed. Which one do you want? 🤗

Try not to read the sad stories, surround yourself with positive outcomes as evidence that’s possible for you.

100%!!! our bodies are literally made for this.. trust your body to do what it knows how to do! It’s just amazing and we’re so lucky to be having this experience xx

Thank you so much for your kind and support words! I had a miscarriage last october and that's why I am being like this. It's so hard but both of you are right! Thanks again and @T Xx

I am so sorry X I would have never try to advice anyone or get into discussion on baby loss as I feel only women who experienced this sadly are entitled to do so! From close friends and relatives who experienced the loss I know the worries are all there and valid 🩷 But as the lady above said, try to ignore all negative stories and focus on the positive ones and do affirmations and visualisation 😊 Not sure if helpful at all, but I go for walks to a local park and always talk to my baby there telling them about our family and who they will meet and how much we love them already 😊

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
