Nauseous while breastfeeding

Every time now, when I breastfeed or pump I get pretty nauseous! Does this happen to anyone else? Any recommendations?

I do, but it is nausea mixed with a feeling of a pit in my stomach. 4 months into breastfeeding, I stumbled upon something called D-MER

I don't know if this sounds like you, but I had no idea and wish I heard about it sooner. I get nauseous for several minutes then it starts to subside. I try to distract myself and focus on baby (looking at his face or tiny hands, rub his head, or if I'm pumping I look at cute photos). So far that's all that has helped. Good luck and I hope you find something that helps you - nausea is the worst!

This happens to me, I feed and I feel nauseous and a pit in my stomach. I never vocalized it until last month I mentioned it to my husband and he googled it but D-MER did not pop up. This is helpful!
