My depression is getting bad again

But I can't find a reason as such to talk to my therapist but I feel like I could do with talking

I just wanted to say that when i was in therapy my therapist reminded me constantly that you dont have to have a reason to be depressed. Depression does not always come from a reason! If you ever want to vent or just need someone to talk to my dms are open!

Does your therapist say you need a reason to talk? Or it's something you tell yourself? That's maybe something revealing there already. You don't need a reason, or, you don't need to know the reason all by yourself, that's something to figure out together with a therapist. Some of our really surprisingly deep sessions started with " I didn't know what to talk about". It can be that on your own things are blocked, for a reason, and a therapist can help

Something I tell myself, how do you talk it out if you can't pinpoint why it's happening, she says I can phone whenever and she'll try her best to squeeze me in my next appointment is the 14th but I was in a good headspace everytime so I asked to spread my appointments out for now

You might not be able to. You can also have seasonal depression its not just a winter thing! Maybe start talking about days with her and see if talking about your everyday life you can pinpoint it!
