Breast pump

I haven’t used all three but I swear by my spectra S1 (I haven’t tried the gold). I got the most output from it vs. the others I purchased.

I had the Elvie stride and it took some getting used to. I do feel like my milk supply decreased a little while I was using it, but it was a strong hospital grade pump. I used spectra S2 for my main pump, and I loved that one. I felt like the flanges fit me better than the Elvie stride ones.

I loved my Elvie stride. It was SO QUIET! It was also shaped and made well enough I could use discreetly in public. Literally, I ate in a restaurant for a party, and nobody even knew I was pumping.
