Frozen milk

We brought one of our twins home today and it’s been amazing. I have a stock of breast milk in the freezer but kind of confused when I make bottles from them. I feel like I should know this but then again, first time mom here so still learning. Do I thaw the milk in water then put it in a bottle warmer? Do I just thaw it in water and just pour it in the bottle? Do I thaw the milk in the bottle warmer? Can I put the frozen milk in the fridge to thaw for the next day? First time mom, first time breast feeding, etc. please help!

All of those answers are practically correct! You can thaw in whatever you feel is fastest (as long as it’s not the microwave). Or you can thaw overnight you just have to make sure you use it within 24 hours of being thawed if it’s thawed in the fridge

@Wendy how long can I use milk that is in the fridge but hasn’t been frozen? Like I will pump and put it in the fridge, how long would that be good for?

Milk in the fridge that has not been frozen can be in there for 4 days max

Yes what @Kamri said :)

If you have hot water you can literally put it in that for 5 mins swish it around a little and it'll be warm.
