Do they drink milk when they wake up during the night?

@KB no. She settles down again without night feeds. Not had night feeds for ages now

I wish I could help. Mine wakes like 4-6 times every night and so did his brother 🫠

What does she do when she wakes? X

@Victoria moans for me and as soon as I've got her she falls back to sleep

So we've been in the same boat for a good few weeks in terms of the night waking and only settling when me or her Dad held her, or she came into our bed. We were absolutely broken. On Monday, she started wearing a togged sleepsuit rather than a sleeping bag. She was getting tangled in the bag when trying to roll and then crying out for us. She has also cut a tooth. She has now gone back to sleeping through the night which she hasn't done consistently since January. Relieved is an understatement. Hang in there, but do what you gotta do to survive till it improves. Xx

@Bekah I think in all her nearly 9 months of life she's slept for 6 hours straight once. She's never slept though. Always woke me up like every 2 hours most nights. If I hold her she sleeps better or if I put her in middle of us bith to settle again she will sleep like a dream but if I put her back in her bed she wakes up within 1hr. Through a regression she's waking up every 45 mins to an 1hr. So I'll take the 2 hours 🤣. What do you put your little one to bed in and what temp is their bedroom.

@Lyndsey so she is in a sleepsuit and then the legged sleepbag which is 1 tog. The room sits between 20-22 degrees at the moment now the weather has warmed up. My LG was the same with nighttime. I was up every 30 mins for hours and eventually we were just putting her between me and my husband, then she was lights out till morning. She now has 2 bottom teeth that have cut so not sure if that and the legged sleepsuit was just convenient timing. But she is the biggest wriggler in her sleep. I put her at the bottom of her cot and at 5am had to go in to shimmy her down as she was right at the top 😂😂

@Bekah mines same lol. So mine sits at 19-20 so the 1tog sleep suit and vest would do? Going to give it a try. She was in a sleep bag but like you say it twists and it irritated her like mad. She's also got 6 teeth. 4 through but 2 top 2 coming through now aswell x

@Lyndsey Any money it's the teeth and tangled combo. This is the one we got: MOEMOE BABY Sleeping Bag with Legs Fleece Toddler Sleeping Bag with Feet 1.0 Tog Sleep Sack for Spring Sleeveless Wearable Blanket 6 month-3 Years https://amzn.eu/d/3a7HUwY I just put a thin cotton sleepsuit underneath as it hasn't got sleeves. X

Thankyou hun ill give it a try x

My son used to sleep through until 7 months, then it stopped 😔. Now every night is different, sometimes he might sleep until 5am, sometimes he might wake up 2/3 times. I am also exhausted

I’d really recommend on instagram - @thechildsleeptherapist. My son was the same as you and on top of that all naps were contact naps. By night 3 he slept through the night for the first time ever in his cot. Naps are all now in the cot. I couldn’t believe it. You have to pay for her help but I was willing to pay whatever I was at breaking point x

@Charley how much did it end up costing?

@Bekah hello! Reading as I’m on the same boat here. Just checked this togged sleep suit and even though it says “with feet” I see that they don’t have the feet covered, is that right?

@Marie yes your right. Feet arnt covered

@Marie Yes, no feet on the one I bought

@Kate she does different packages , we did 2 weeks WhatsApp support once we’d had a detailed chat about his currently sleep (lack of) habits etc and had a plan in place. Was really responsive for a text or call when needed. Was £379, by the end of the two weeks probably 7/14 of them he’d slept all way through! On the other nights was 1 or 2 wake ups which I can cope with. I used to dread bedtimes, be so anxious that hell he’ll be up in 2hrs no point me trying to sleep etc but it’s totally changed our lives. Check her out on google too as has reviews on there xx

Just posting to follow up on the sleep suit with legs. My little boy has been wearing a slumbersac for months and loves it so much. I highly recommend. It has foot covers

Also similar to what Charley has said - we have used the LittleOnes app and it has been really helpful
