Following since the night time pumps seem to be watery but day time seem fine.

Do you take any supplements?

How do you know that there’s no gloat in it? How is she getting the formula and how is she getting the breast milk? Babies don’t want to work hard to drink from the breast if there’s a faster way. The breast requires a different type of suck.

@Yoko I eat oat milk I eat oatmeal cookies and coconut oil that’s about it

@Abbey I pump and sometimes I breast feed when I breastfeed she seems to get full and falls asleep but when I pump my milk nd give it to her she will drink like 5 ounces and want formula because she’s still hungry

@Aries Torres you can start taking lactation supplements on top of a multivitamin that will help your body build fats in the milk. Also changing your diet may be an alternative.
