Early Glimpse worth it?

So I just found out the Early Glimpse company does the nub theory on scan pictures for early gender prediction. We really don't mind boy or girl, will be happy with either, but at the same time I really want to know to start using their name, and choose clothes and all that. Our next scan is not for another 2 months, and again, it's not that important but I really want to know! Has anyone done it? Is it worth it? And accurate? xx

Not sure the nub theory is accurate…
If you don’t want to wait 2 months, you could pay for a private scan to find out the gender once you’re 15 weeks x

The private scan for the gender is £90, which would buy some stuff for baby, that's where my brain is at, saving as much as possible for them, we're self employed and just moved so we don't have much money to spare at the moment, that's why I thought this would work for us, it'd give us an idea, it's only £15 and if they can't tell they'll refund you, so it's not such big of a loss if it doesn't work. They do say it is scientifically proven and 90% accurate, and all reviews said they got it right as well, but I'm still on the fence about it xx

We'll do some more research and might go private or wait, I'm just not sure, preggo brain is blocking me 😂

Window at the womb is offering the early gender scan at £65, but I understand it’s still a bit pricey x
Do what you feel comfortable doing 😊
When’s your due date? x

that's good to know, will look into that one! We also live at a farm a bit in the middle of nowhere, so our options are scarce 😅 We're November 9th xx

Ohh I see x
So close, mine is the 6th x

Early glimpse has been accurate for a lot of people (I was one of the unfortunate ones where it was wrong lol) it’s only like £10 so might be worth it but equally you won’t know with more confidence until the scan regardless of if you do it or not so it’s not like you can start buying clothes or choose names with any certainty x

I ended up going for it and they predicted a baby girl 90% confidence! 🩷 Kind of bitter sweet, because we'll still have to wait for the 20 weeks to confirm before we start buying anything as you said 😂 but kind of excited to have an idea!! At least we already got the names chosen since we found out I was pregnant, so that won't make my head in having to change them later if they're wrong! hahaha

I got my gender scan at window to the womb for £59. All private clinics are different but might be worth looking around and see what you can get. Cause the gender scan is such a different feeling you’re seeing them when finding out who they are, but it’s down to you, you do what you think is best and you’ll enjoy it regardless what you choose xx

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Constant braxton hicks!

I’m 29 weeks tomorrow and they are constant especially when I’m walking about!

This didn’t start happening until I was like 36 weeks with my son 😩

Anyone else the same?
