I need help

Okay so long story short I have to get ready to get all this stuff out and help him figure out what made myself going to stay don't know just make sure I have four kids already but this make baby number 5 I don't know what to do and I don't want to be out in the street with my kids if anybody have any information or anywhere that we can go can I please help I don't know how much time and I've been crying crying but what to do and I don't have nobody
