Used to be 7 but we’ve moved it to 8 now as we think it suits better with her age and the lighter evenings
Both(3+1) go to bed at 6 and are asleep by 6.30 most nights, latest 7pm xx
Between 7-8pm, really just depends what we are doing with our day and when he wakes up from his nap x
8.30/9 because I’m still stuck co-sleeping and don’t want to go to bed any earlier 😩
9pm 🥴 stuck with 2 naps, as she has an awful night with one, so have no evenings for myself for a while
@Shannon what time do they wake ? Xxxx
7 to 8 x
We’ve moved our bedtime routine to start at 6:15 with a bath then bottle so usually in bed for 7:30. We are down to one nap tho so has a good 6 hours awake before bed. Still wakes once during the night for a feed and back down till 6:30/7am

Can be anything from 8 to 10.30pm depending on where he naps fell in the day
@Molly they tend to wake up between 7.30-8.30 it varies xx
Between 7-8 when he shows me he's ready it's usually always 5 hours after the end of his one nap a day so makes it easier to guess what time I need to start doing bedtime routine
Are you all down to 1 nap a day now?
@Leah yes usually a 2 is hour one starting between 10/11 in the morning
Hi girls I’m after some help. My daughter is 1 and I am expecting my son by the end of July. And we have no routine! It’s worked up until now for us as I’m a stay at home mum and just gone with the flow. But it is now becoming a problem. My realistic day is that she starts the day 9-10am has a nap around 1 till 2ish and then another nap around 4-5 till about 6. And the she will go to sleep around 10-12. To get her to sleep I have to put her into bed with warm bottle and close cuddles and the transfer her to her cot which is at the bottom of my bed. She still wakes once or twice a night and often wont go back to sleep until she’s in bed with me abd my partner. Any advice would very much be appreciated as I am so sleep deprived and this is only gonna get worse with 2 under 2 😭 x
@Shannon it might be worth looking into a gentle form of sleep training to get her to go back down into her own bed when she's woken up so you don't need to bring her into your bed. Her own room may help as that way you guys aren't waking her up in the night which may be why she's waking etc. I'm in the same boat I'm due two weeks today with a c section and my son's just turned 12.5 months so I'm hoping he carries on sleeping through as if he starts waking up from the disruption of a new baby coming home I honestly don't know how I will cope! Xx
@Shannon it might be worth gradually waking her earlier (if you’re wanting earlier bed time) then the naps will come earlier than bed time
