What are the best c section recovery plasters ?
Has anyone used the frida mom c section silicone scar patches ?
Or have any recommendations?

So do you use anything in between the hospital one coming off and then waiting to use the scar patches ? X
Nope, you need to keep your scar as dry and clean as possible :) x
I used trofolastin you can buy this on amazon. They are really good. I also massaged with bio oil
You need to wait for the scar to be healed though
Once healed, I used the Kelo Cote c section silicone plaster! It was brilliant x

@Libby 100%! I’m 4 months PP now and it’s pretty much all white apart from the start and end which is slightly darker! They’re so comfy to wear too! x

You have to wait for your scar to be healed to use them, but either frida mom or Elastoplast have been amazing for me, 6months PP and it’s basically hardly visible x
