Baby not sleeping AGAIN

My LG finally cracked the whole sleeping upstairs in her cot after weeks and weeks of persisting. The last week and a half has gone to absolute shit! She takes atleast a hour to a hour and a half to get her down 7pm-8.30pm then stays asleep roughly till 9-9.30pm then will not go back down in her cot what so ever. She can be asleep for a good 2 hours and as soon as you put her in that cot it's like boom I'm awake! Her sleeping routine is fucked and I'm absolutely exhausted. Currently waking up at 9-9.30am husband brings her downstairs, attempts several times to take her upstairs and into her cot, fast forward 12-1am I'm up with her then she has a feed goes back down at 1.30-2am sleeps for half hour if that, back up again 2am then will just sleep for hours and hours next to me on the sofa, several attempts of getting her upstairs and she won't go down. I just need to know if anyone else is going through this atm, I'm so sick of it and exhausted! Its every single night she sleeps in total maybe 3 hours in the cot. The last 4 nights when I've left her with my husband she will cry continuously for about half hour after I leave. Is all this just separation issues or is it something else? Sorry for the long post I'm just struggling hard.

My little girl is like this!! It’s so draining😭😭

I’m going through the same, she always used to sleep in her cot in the night (with plenty of wake ups) now she won’t even sleep in it, she has to be in the bed with me and that’s something I told myself I wouldn’t start doing but she won’t sleep if not! She’s fine for her naps in the day time in her cot so not sure why night is so hard, I think it’s seperation anxiety, just stressing about how we’re going to get out of this habit now 😩

We’ve attached our full sized cot bed to our bed, taking one of the sides down. It’s the only way we can get him to sleep well! Our baby is now waking twice a night just for a comfort feed, sometimes he soothes himself back to sleep after seeing that I’m there next to him. I think at this age they go through separation anxiety and it makes sense that it would affect night time as well 😕

We’ve had the same for a week or so, rubbish sleep! Then yesterday we noticed a little tooth, then his sleep last night went back to being okay again so could be teething related 🤔

@demi isn't it just!

@Kerri She's exactly the same but sometimes when she Wakes it isn't for food it's literally just to be held and I'm worried she will get use to it and never sleep in the cot again🤣

@Chloe I don't even think that would help 🤣 but I mean I'm game to try anything! I wish it would stop though🤣

@Sophie I wish this was the case she's been teething for months and months but no sign of teeth!

You're not alone. Saw slight improvement on the 6 month regression which was hell and had me dangle feeding into the cot and putting my leg in first and leaving him sleeping head against my leg for a while before removing leg and also hand from his chest. but now that doesn't even work. He had a runny nose 2 days which seems fine now so hopefully tonight will be better! No teeth either here

I think we’ve not even come out of the 4 month regression and my LG is 7 months old!!!! As expensive as they are I’m giving it til 8 months then calling the sleep trainer.

@Alex Oh gosh! I know the feeling!

@Alia This made me chuckle as this is exactly us 🤣🤣
