You can also do different marinated chickens and put them in zip Lock bags, then all you need to do is defrost and pop them in the oven and have a side of rice or potatoes
I batch cooked loads of different things, chilli, bolognaise, chicken pasta sauce, a couple of different types of curry, pulled pork in the slow cooker. Basically anything that meant all I needed to make was rice/pasta. I would think about the meals you normally like to eat and try to make a freezable version of those things. I will say it was a massive help just being able to defrost and microwave stuff especially as my partner isn't the biggest fan of cooking xx
