Please can I Have Advice
My child’s Dad is currently staying in my flat, whilst I’ve been staying at my parents with our child. It’s a long story but in short he has always been controlling and pretty much a bum, with no where else permanent to live. Because I didn’t return from my parents today he has been sending rude messages & being controlling. I need to find a way to get him out for good without him causing a scene in front of my son because if I ask him to leave that’s how it will turn out. He has been abusive in the past when our child was first born. I don’t know what to do or how to do it. He has moved his stuff in

what do i say to them?
Just say he’s staying in your flat and you really don’t want him there but he won’t leave, don’t call the emergency number but just ask then if they can help or what you can do
Ask him politely first and if he become abusive call police they will remove him from property he has no right legally to be on your land or property
They wont be agressive they come and say he has leave if he dont then they can arrest or restrain order against him
