Any moms who work overnights??
How do you guys deal with routine and getting rest during the day especially if you have a child that’s not in school/ daycare ?

Thank you ladies . I’ve been overnights for some time now and I’m actually getting adjusted really well. But it can be hard some days I have a little bit of help my family will help Sometimes but it’s like dad doesn’t understand or want to understand that when I get off work in the morning that I am tired and it’s so frustrating sometimes
I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old who will be 2 in 2 months.

I work 11pm-7/730am and lemme tell you it’s hard 😭😭if you’re doing it alone. I also have an hr of commute each way. When I get my daughter I run errands bc you never go to sleep right away. I make or get her breakfast, change her diapers and then chill with her till I’m tired. I close my bedroom door and have toys and put a show or tv on so it’s constantly going and she has a tablet . But she will jump and do the most so I’m up every hr doing something for her. She’s 1 1/2. If you want a bigger area I would say do the same but in the living room.
