Cramps during bm
Has anyone experienced really painful cramps while pooping? They feel like they’re in my vagina/pelvis. I am 2weeks pp.

Im 9 months pp and still experience this i have no advice
@Jenny I just asked about this on here... 😅 they feel like mf steady contraction. Just glad it's not in my back!

The pooping pain is normal. I felt pain while and had to bend way forward touch the ground. Doctor said is normal. Drink more fluids and over time it goes away. It's all sensitive in that area. I had stool softeners but didn't take them too often.
