Vitamin C
Does anyone know if it's alright to take effervescent vitamin C tablets when breastfeeding? I can't see why it'd be an issue but the packet says 'check with a health care professional ' 🤷♀️

I’ve been having them since I have birth (and all through pregnancy). Didn’t even think about it 😂

Hi. All medication will say this because there is very little research. The BfN have a really good informative page called “drugs in breastmilk” I know it’s not really “medication” persay but they are on Facebook and run by volunteers who are trained in breastfeeding and pharmacists. You can message them on messenger too and they are usually pretty good will get back to you the same day. Xx
