Breastfeeding

I have a friend who did the thompson method and it worked wonders for her but also have another friend who found it useless. Have you considered a lactation consultant?

I used the Thompson method and have had great success. Being patient, looking at position and making sure cheeks and chin are in line has made all the difference.

I used Thompson method. But my local council and area had free lactation consultants every week and would go with my 2nd as he was trickier. That helped

I’d probably be more inclined to find a great Ibclc in your area.

I did a freebie one through my hospital and it was great, there’s another good free online session with midwife Kath.
