Hi all, what were your c section essentials for your hospital bag? Any recommendations?

Big loose knickers so they are comfortable on your scar and don’t irritate it and loose fitting leggings too xx

I used 12hr acting ibuprofen, Stanley flip cup, a dressing gown and a set of lounge wear, crocs, big knickers and some Lilets purple (used two pads in hospital and swapped to yellow now I'm home) and that's it 😅 also had some of my fav snacks too. I packed an absolute load of stuff but really barely needed anything 😅 came home after 27 hours (second c-sec + sterilisation).

The frida mom c section pants were really good. Very stretchy and comfortable would defo recommend.

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Hi guys so I’m 25 weeks today and I haven’t felt the baby kick at all yet at the scans she’s moving constantly that it’s hard to get the right measurements my first pregnancy was cryptic so I just want suggestions from one worried mother

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃
