Is a Swaddle safe in this heat?
Our baby loves her Velcro swaddle and won’t sleep without it. All the advice online talks about what tog sleeping bag to use, but I can’t find much advice on whether a swaddle is safe in this heat and what they should wear underneath?
Last night we had just nappy and swaddle, room was 22 degrees and she seemed a good temperature!

I had my baby in just a nappy and a swaddle and it was 23/24 but it got colder overnight with the windows open and he was on the colder side so in my experience at least I don’t think he’ll over heat, maybe try him in it for one of his naps and check his temp after to see if he’s too warm or not xx

We use the love to dream ‘swaddle up’ as he doesn’t like his arms down and last night we did nappy & vest under his swaddle. Our room was around 22 & we found it perfect for him! I just woke more in the night to check he wasn’t too hot!
