Does anyone have any suggestions or tricks on how to sleep so you’re not in pain? I’m 2 days post C-section and finally home. The hospital bed was adjustable which is nice but at home it’s a little harder.

Following as I'm 6 days pp and need soke advice as well!

I used my pregnancy pillow and slept on my back but was sat up slight so it was easier to get to the baby rather than lying down x

I made a sort of pillow arm chair in bad and was basically sat up for 2 weeks (it was actually quite comfy 😂)

I slept on my couch downstairs for 3 weeks propped up on pillows. Couch is shorter and easier to get into than beds and I was on the edge so it was easier to be propped up. I also put my butt btw the cushions and propped up my legs with more pillows. I couldn’t lie flat for at least 6 weeks.

I laid propped up on my back with my 12ft pregnancy pillow wrapped round me and a mountain of pillows cause I was too terrified to sleep any other way.

I found laying on my back with pillows under my legs was the most comfortable for me, took the feeling of stretching off of my stomach. If I laid on my side I would prop a pillow under my belly for support too x

If you have a recliner or glider for the babies room, I would use that! I could not sleep in the bed so we had the glider in the room and I slept on that and put babies bassinet next to me

Sleeping on the sofa! I couldnt sleep in my bed x

I basically slept upright, propped up by pillows as it made it easier for me to get up in the night. I personally didn’t feel comfortable flat on my back or side for a while

I had a couple of pillows surrounding me so I was able to push off the pillows to get up ..
I also slept slightly elevated

On my back propped up a bit with pillows on either side of me so I didn't roll in my sleep

I slept in my postpartum belt. The hospital gave it to me. It holds everything together. Very. Comforting. I slept very well except my baby didn't let me.

Giant wedge pillow! You can get one on Amazon. I slept in my back for weeks which sucked because I am a side sleeper. I had my sister and husband help me out of bed for the first 1-2 weeks.

I took the big cushions from the couch and used them to prop myself up so I could sleep nearly sitting up in bed for the first few nights.
