I’ve been giving my twins infacol consistently for two days to help with colic and now they’ve stopped bowel movements (they were doing 2 a day prior). Does infacol cause constipation, should I stop? Help please

This is a tricky one as babies can start to go a few days without pooping. So what would you prefer? A less windy baby but possibly constipated or babies pooping but struggling with wind? X

I had same problem with my daughter. Gp and midwife both said give a tiny bit of boiled water. We are talking about 2oz at a time. Obviously the cycle legs etc too but nothing was helping. In the end she had laxative but the water did help initially. Xx

Infacol caused my son to become contispated. We used a little bit of dentinox xx

I stopped with the infacol and they had the biggest poo but now they are a bit colicky
