I’m laughing because if I don’t I’ll cry. I’ve had them since 19 weeks and now 37+4, but only once has it been thrombosed and super painful …. UNTIL NOW… round two of a giant thrombosed pile.
The worst thing is I have a planned c section in just 6 days and I was really hoping I’d avoid it 😫 but it appears not.
Just hope it goes down in the next day or two cos it makes me MISERABLE!
Anyone else suffering?!

Never had piles before so this was a shock to me too. Just been treating them with a cream and trying to stress about it ( out of sight and all that 🤦🏾♀️)

Yep, never really had any issues with them, just been there but not been too uncomfortable, until a couple nights ago 🤦🏻♀️ had them in my first pregnancy too and I was mortified when I realised they put pain relief up there during my c section 😱😂

Yes! Very painful and my first time ever having one!

girl don’t tell me this 😂😂😂😂

the joys of late pregnancy 😂

hahaha they ask for permission first so you can say no but like in the moment of an emergency c section I was just like yeah yeah whatever. Didn’t realise until afterwards 🤦🏻♀️😂 at least you can be prepared now hahah

Witchhazel has worked really well on mine!! I bought it for after birth but when I got piles a few weeks ago I seen it could help and it’s been great

Yes! I got them in my 1st pregnancy an now at 36 weeks have made an appearance. I find them uncomfortable an use the creams but they make me feel gross so it tends to.make them worse cause i cant stop thinking about them 🤣

Yes! Never had them before and I just had a day of crying because I was so frustrated with the pain and the annoyance of them this week 😂😂 we're nearly there we can do it 🥳

yes got some witch hazel pads too!

they make me feel gross too!! They’re the worst pregnancy symptom by far in my opinion. So envious of women who avoid them!

I’m really trying to think positive like this too! I just hope they’re gone by the time of my section cos I really don’t want the pain of the operation plus piles on top!

Yep mine are awful 😂🙈 to the extent they will bleed and be very sore if I’m taking too much fibre in a day…. If ya catch my drift. Settles down post birth (did with my first) xx

yours get worse from taking fibre? I have been having daily high fibre meals to try and avoid constipation & piles. I think I defo have some mild piles (have had some annoyance and bleeding) but for the most part I think I've been able to avoid it. Now worried my diet might be making it worse 😬

sorry for late reply - it’s more that the more fibre the more I go, and then the more I wipe 😬 wiping irritates them hugely for me. It’s a rock and a hard place though, because constipation won’t help either 😩😩 xx
