What size bags/ suitcases is everyone using as a hospital bag?

I’ve chosen to put all mine and babies stuff together in a medium size suitcase but now I look at it and feel stupid and that it’s to big but it’s full so can’t downsize 🤯 I’m wondering what everyone else is doing 🤨

I used a small suitcase for baby stuff and a duffle bag for my stuff

thank you ☺️ I did originally have a small case for baby and a small case for me but I then decided to put it all in one so it’s easier for my partner to carry 😊

I haven’t packed mine yet but this is our second. I took loads for my first and barely used any of it so will likely be taking a much lighter load this time 😊 take what you feel comfortable with though. I’m sure they’ve seen people with loads and others with hardly anything

I’m taking my medium size suitcase. One side will be for my stuff and the other will be for baby stuff. Only reason is my partner will be carrying baby out so I don’t want to be carrying bags out so I see a suitcase being ideal as I can just push that out. Xx

yes this is exactly what I was thinking 😊 this is my second baby but I had my son nearly 12 years ago and I just feel so much has changed since then and genuinely feel like I’m starting out as a new mum all over again 😊 xxx

I started packing mine yesterday (34 weeks today) and I just have a small cabin size case, so far it seems like everything is going to fit. Might just need a little snack bag lol x

Gunna use a small suitcase for mine and baby's stuff. Then a small handbag for extra bits for me (like snacks, tablet, phone etc)

I took a medium suitcase with both mine & baby’s things in for my first pregnancy. It did feel OTT going in but we ended up staying for a week so no regrets and will do the same again!

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?
