Mucus plug

Clear/cloudy-white gelatin-like at 32 weeks. When I lost mine at 40 weeks after my membrane sweep it was similar but with a tinge of pink/red from blood. Didn’t get to see it except a tiny piece the last time when I got induced at 41+5 and they broke my waters. All 3 times it came out in pieces rather than a whole chunk. Reminded me of discharge almost but much much thicker.

I lost mine a few times around 32-36 weeks and it was thick clear/cloudy and jelly like. When my waters went, it was very obviously different, noticeable amounts of blood, the plug had pink streaks and there was more of it.

As gross and silly as it is like a big booger. I lost mine at 38 weeks, and the next week, I was having my son.

Thank you ladies! I think I was irritated down there or I lost a small bit of my mucous plug bc I wiped after using the bathroom & there was small amounts of blood but no mucus. I went to the hospital and everything checked out fine.

That's good. It is also possible to lose some and it rebuilds.
