Nausea and exhaustion at work

Anyone got any tips for dealing with nausea and exhaustion at work and also hiding it? I'm concerned I won't be able to hide it after having a week on annual leave and struggling to do a lot and the nausea is almost constant unless I've just eaten and then it comes back after about 20 minutes again! Nothing is helping, I've tried peppermint tea, ginger biscuits, eating smaller bits throughout the day and small sips of water. I'm not physically throwing up but have felt close to though. (Also my manager doesn't know yet, I'm 6 weeks).

I’m in the exact same boat! I’m constantly hiding behind my monitor half asleep or in the toilets! Last time I told work it also ended up a miscarriage so I don’t want to tell them again so early.
I have an early scan on Tuesday and I’m having to take time out of work to go so I know I’m going to have to tell my manager something tomorrow 🤦‍♀️
I’m thinking of just telling my manager but asking them not to say anything to anyone else until I’m ready 💕

I have a fan on my desk in the office and that really helps! Whenever I feel really sick I blast it on me 🤣 it definitely works!

@Faye haha I've been exactly the same. Don't wanna put weight on at this stage either!! Hopefully it eases for us soon

@Maisie no I haven't asked them yet, I was going to see how it goes but maybe I should ask. I kind of worry they'll think I'm overreacting because I'm not actually being sick though, just nauseous majority of the day.

@Katie yeah I'm trying to keep it quiet as long as I can because I've also had a miscarriage and chemical previously and don't want to announce and it end in loss. All the best for your scan, I also have an early scan tomorrow. I've had to tell my manager as well because of my scan and booking appointments coming up.
