Hi all!
Has anyone else experienced this with their LO???
My son is 7.5mo, getting 2 top teeth (his first), crawling like a maniac and trying to stand and SUDDENLY rejecting his formula (we combofeed since he was 2mo). It worries me he will lose weight again (trauma from his early days) and of course I am breastfeeding as frequently as he likes and we are doing small amounts of solids… But, it worries me.
Is it a phase? Should we change formula?

Sometimes babies who teeth get pain when they drink from a bottle and the most comfortable thing is the breast for them. My daughter has her bottom teeth and is now getting her top teeth and does not want to take a bottle at all when she is teething. I exclusively breastfeed her and give her solids. A frozen breastmilk or fruit puree can help quite a bit with soothing the mouth and gum pain they are having they have silicone feeder you can put the frozen treats in and allow the baby to sooth themselves. I personally was told to add formula recently to increase my daughter’s bmi. Unfortunately for me she will not drink formula she also has a cows milk protein allergy and cannot have standard formula so I have to buy nutramigen which is the least processed formula but is very expensive and she will not drink it anymore at all.
