What do you guys do for baby’s gas pain? I am giving my son gripe water but he still gets some gas pain. Any other recommendations or advice? I hate seeing him in pain like this

Is baby eating solid foods or just nursing/bottle feeding? Early on when breastfeeding, I eliminated foods from my diet that were giving her gas (garlic, onions, kale, cabbage). I already don’t eat dairy but Ive heard from other BF moms that dairy causes gas. By 5/6 months i introduced those foods back in my diet and baby no longer was uncomfortable

he is breastfeed and I eat all of those things honestly. How do I know what foods to eliminate? I do eat dairy but only in small quantities like cheese or creamer in my tea, and I don’t have dairy everyday.

He is 6 weeks old

I give my Babygirl infocol and it helps her alot my midwife recommended it to me

Following my 8 week old is struggling so much on a night time with colicky gassy pain

When changing or see him having a hard time, do bicycle legs and massage.
Check out a YouTube tutorial on how to do it safely for your little one.
It helped a lot with our little one.

i kept a food journal of what i ate and added notes about baby’s gas/distress after meals, and was able to pinpoint what was causing gassiness. doing belly massages also really helped my baby when she was gassy. you can look up videos on how to do it. she’s 18mo now and will still ask for belly massages 🫶🏽

I’ll try these tips, thank you!!
