Hi all,
We plan to go on holiday in September to menorca and would like some advice/list of things we need to take.
Would also like any advice / support on how the airport security works with rapid cool, boiling water ect. How much luggage ect is needed ect 😂
Or just anything useful/ helpful anyone has found!

Take a sling/carrier. Sling would be better as it's easier to wear on the flight if little one is nosey. Take something to bath little one in - blow up bath/swimming pool. Mosquito net for cot, compact toys. If you're lacking space in suitcase use boots click and collect airside.
Not sure how it works with boiling water but I took a load of ready made formula through and they just tested and it was fine.
In the airport, if you aks for something such as going through the fast lane, they will probably let you. We had bags to drop during the IT outage, asked a staff member if there was a way we could drop ours quicker and they told us to just go straight to the front of the queue

Pram Fan & A few hand held ones, Snooze Shade and Travel / Cabin Size pram were our must haves!!
Collapsable basin and milton tablets for sterilising, one more formula tub than you think you will use - for us our boy drank more milk.
My advice - if you think you might need it bring it! I thought i over packed but used almost everything i brought!
Airport wise i left my nubys in the hold luggage and brought cooled boiled water to make my bottles that way, brought all formula, water, hot water flask, premade formula etc through security no problem!! X

We have done three flights now, this time our luggage did not come through so I advice to pack all the essentials of the baby to your carry on bag JUST in case.
With a baby you can go straight to priority on security, passport control and on gate. Also youll have Pre-boarding automatically which means youll be the first ones to go to the plane.

From my personal experience and preference, I found it better to be last on the plane rather than first

If you have a nuby rapid cool it can’t go in the hold as it has a lithium battery - so pack in hand luggage

Thanks all!
Could I ask what you did with prams?
Ours seems relatively big versus prams I have previously seen when I go on holiday!

On the way out I took my pram to the gate and dealt with it there and then had my little one in the carrier. On the way home, I put my pram in the hold and just kept my little one in the carrier the whole time when I was walking about. Gave me more hands
