I’ve tried natural stevia flavorings in the water to help, and it helped for a while, but now she’s back to barely taking sips throughout the day. I’ve switched cups a million times and still the same issue! Is anyone else experiencing this? I have had to get creative with giving her hydrating snacks and food to make up for the lack of water drinking!

We haven't run into that, but I wonder if gradually watering down something she is willing to drink might help her get used to it? It would at least be an easier way to hydrate her.

My little guy went thru a little phase. We did infused water with fruit, and it helped. Also coconut water worked great too.

Mines drink mostly coconut water. Water alone he only drinks from one straw cup. If it’s in a different cup he won’t drink it. But he doesn’t like it much either.

It sounds nasty, but the only thing that works for us is mixing half her milk and half water together!

@Brittany That's exactly what we do, though it's because we're trying to wean off night bottles still, and mitigating the late-night sugar helped my anxiety.

Mine loves drinking water it’s he’s favorite but sometimes he does not want to drink at all

The more you drink, the more you crave.
