Oatmeal or oatmilk. I struggled with my supply. It was the best. It didn't hurt that I already love oatmeal. Lol. A breast pump. But that's because I had to pump at work. I hated the breast pads. I just kept an extra shirt.

I tried to breastfeed with my son and may have been a latch issue as he had a lip tie but I stopped after 1.5 weeks. Pregnant with our second and my boobs are already feeling full lol really want to try and be prepared to breastfeed 🤞
I hated leaking and the cold full feeling. I also had super sore nipples and would swell when I would pump 🤷♀️ it was terrible 🤦♀️ I would so love to achieve that picture perfect feeding 😂
