Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

I did the sneak peek test at 15 weeks pregnant, and the results just came back girl! Has anyone ever taken the test, gotten girl, and it been wrong?

Hi ladies! I am so blessed to here with you ladies. Sending all the love and prayers that everyone has a beautiful and healthy pregnancy. I’m exactly 10weeks today, due date 10.16. I’ve been dying for another air sign like me! For us it’s our 4th and last one so I’m enjoying all the crazy and beautiful moments. Xoxoxoxo
