Has anyone that's had their periods come back really struggle with them more now than before having baby?
I have an older daughter and when my periods cane back they thankfully were as normal as before being pregnant. But after having my boy in October and my periods coming back at Christmas they totally floor me
My body aches and can be painful to move as I feel so stiff, heavy bleeding (always been fairly light tbh), awful period pain in stomach and back, super tired all the time
I never had this before and always managed to sail through them pretty easily but this is awful! Anyone else had this?!?!

Mine are the same, but they seem to be a lot shorter, I feel like I loose so much blood and it’s so painful for about 2 full days then after that it’s pretty much over but my god they are so heavy and painful 😫

Yes me! My periods are awful now. I used to have period for 4 days and very light, occasional bit of cramping. Now the week before I’m due on I get back pain, my legs ache and I feel miserable. Then my period will last 5-6 days and I am heavy for about 3 of those. I now have to wear a tampon and a pad 🙈. Oh and the fatigue is a different level x

Mirena IUD really helps me with this. I have endometriosis and wouldn't be able to cope otherwise. Still have to take codydramol sometimes. Could you also have a magnesium or calcium deficiency?
