Don’t know if this is a c section issue or a general postpartum issue.
Previous to pregnancy i was a high waisted tight trouser girly. Now I’m finding I can only do 6-8 hours in trousers (that aren’t even that tight in comparison) before getting uncomfortable in them, Especially at the top of my hips.
I also have a c section shelf, but had stomach fat there previously so it’s nothing new , but learning i can’t have the trousers tight that area anymore.
What type of trouser should I be looking into for comfort ? that aren’t jogging bottoms or pjs. What styles are c section friendly ? As a person who has had a defined style for years I’m struggling .

I loved my mum jeans afterwards for a bit of tummy support whilst healing. Primark sell mum jeans with an elastic waist in the pregnancy section that aren’t tight but sit comfortably on your belly.
Tbh I think after Covid lockdowns and pregnancy, my days of being able to stand tighter clothes and wired bras are over 😂

Leggings or sports leggings?

I’ve been wearing culottes with a fitted top; new look have a good selection with lots of different prints
