CMV IGG positive, IGM negative
Hello mommies, I am 35+2 at the moment and have recently got my results for CMV. I was advised for this test as the baby was not growing properly. I am going to have an appointment next week, then will find out more.
Meanwhile I started reading about it on Google, and got really scared.
Is there anyone who faced similar things? Would you be please able to advise how did U deal with it ? And how baby is doing? How are you taking care of baby.?
I am really stressed, FTM at the age of 34 , and was so happy that finally my baby is in the way but all my world broke after I got to know about this. I am really worried about my baby's health.

I had a friend who gave birth a couple of years ago who had the same issue (I think!) Baby wasn't growing as much as she was supposed to. They had extra scans monitored her and made sure that she was okay . everything worked out fine baby was small so I think she weighed about 5 lb but she's absolutely fine now doing everything normal. She is a little bit tiny for her age and still very Diddy, but it doesn't stop her doing anything xxx
