Best detergent to get rid of food stains on clothes?
Even with bibs my boys still manage to get food on the collar and other areas. Looking for a detergent that is good for sensitive skin. Boys are 15 months old.

The miss messy mouth stain remover and the oxi clean stain remover. It’s a gel get out most of my stains

If you're waiting for detergent then it's being allowed to set and become that much harder to get out as well as putting them through the dryer if the stain is still there. A good oxy stain remover as soon as you can treat it is key. Be careful with miss messy mouth as it can bleach if not washed soon after.

Thank you both! I usually treat it right away by rub out the stain with dawn dishsoap. (Sometimes it works, but more often it doesn’t)

try power boost! It has those active ingredients to help bust up the stain. Also washing on cold really helps. A lot of people will say hot but I find it can cook the stain in 😬

I use vanish oxi action but if it doesn’t come out just hang it up aside in direct sunlight, the sun is the best thing at removing stains!

will do!

thank you for the tip! I’ll try that.

Detergent doesn’t remove stains usually it cleans. Any stain remover product that you can pretreat the clothes before they go into the basket should work. I have the bar, the spray and the stain remover powder and I use what I think it needs or how big it is etc. the spray is easiest just wet the stain and spray and leave it in basket

I use a product called Grandma's Stain Remover, and if it's a stubborn stain sometimes I use that mixed with baking soda and handwash or scrub it with a spare toothbrush. It's it's really hard or I want my white clothes to be bright again, I hang dry them in the sun.

Napisan, scrub into the stain then leave it to soak in hot water. It could bleach coloured clothes so don’t overdo it.

thank you! I’ve never heard of that product and looked it up and it has really good reviews! It’s on my list now.

Fresh fruit rinse boiled water through it and it disappears then wash
