Raynaud syndrome vasospasm

I have reusable heat packs, you can usually get some for your hands but you can use them outside your bra on your nipples and it really helps, all I can recommend really is those or a normal hot water bottle and if you can get some shells because they have a hole in so it doesn't rub against them and as a bonus collects any milk. Lansinoh nipple cream religiously and if you're not breastfeeding for a little bit use some spritz for bits just make sure it's cleaned before feeding

Once you're done breastfeeding I highly recommend getting them pierced, I got mine done and I barely had any problems for over a year until getting pregnant

how do you deal with the pain when breastfeeding? X

I wish I had something to help but I had to grit my teeth, it did eventually get better for me but if you make sure they're warm prior to feeding it seems to help x
