BMI/ high risk question

Hi all, I was 30 BMI at my booking appointment so nothing considered high risk or anything. Will the hospital use my bmi pre pregnancy to determine if I am high risk or do they measure it as you progress? Chances are I’ll go over bmi 35 but this would be baby weight rather than my actual weight? FTM here and have no idea how they work it out!

Thanks!

I was similar at the start with a high but not that high BMI. My midwife told me they won’t weigh me again but they then weighed me again today which just gave me anxiety as my BMI will be much higher now going by the weight I have gained.
