Hi ladies, I need some help.
Since my little one was born, I have been mainly expressed breast feed and formula feed as we had trouble latching on.
Since week 4, I have been breast feed and bottle feed, a combination of breast and formula.
From week 10 I have changed to exclusively breast feed. Not on purpose, just didnt have time to make the bottle to cool down while she crying.
Week 12 I try to feed bottle again, my little one refuse to take bottle but with some hardship she can take bottle breast milk but not formula milk.
She is now 16 weeks, I want to start trying to transit her slowly from breast feed to formula bottle feed.
Has anyone done any kind of schedule, timetable that can be share with me to help my little one to fully transition to formula bottle feed?

I combi feed but more formula than breast now. The easiest and best method is to introduce slowly so their tummies don't get too clogged. Week 1 you'd do 1 bottle, week 2 you'd do 2 bottles and so on until you were giving them just formula and no breast. Just remember your supply will decrease throughout so you won't be able to change your mind and go back to breastfeeding so make sure you're 100% 🙂
