Requesting a C section

Im having one tomorrow at 39+1, they wanted to induce me for low Papp-A at 39/40 but I declined and opted for a section instead xx

Unless there's a medical reason or other exceptional circumstances for it, c-sections are only done from 39 weeks

I’m having one at 38+3 but they don’t typically do them before 39 weeks. I wouldn’t say I have a medical reason for having mine early but I explained that I was extremely anxious and they were happy to do it a few days earlier x

I asked for an elective at 37 weeks and have it booked for tomorrow at 40+2 weeks

Thanks ladies. Sorry I wasn’t clear, I meant changing my mind and asking for a section, I’m 37+5 but am aware they won’t deliver before 39!

Yes you can ask for one whenever you want. They will try and talk you out of it but just push that it’s what you want xx
